Meet the Founder

I am the founder of the cognitive career platform and a third-generation linguist with a lifelong fascination for the power of language to shape perception and move people.

My family lineage includes an eminent professor of historical linguistics as my grandfather and an award-winning lexicographer and philologist as my mother — a background that shaped my enduring relationship with words, meaning, and human communication.

My career also includes experience as an HR Manager at a top international law firm, global executive headhunting experience, and more than seven years as the founder of this executive career advisory practice.

  • Written evaluation of your executive market positioning, target market analysis, identification of positioning gaps, assessment of your market strategy, and responses to your questions submitted via email.

    Professional Fee: €250

    This professional fee is roughly equivalent to a modest business dinner, yet the decisions it may influence can affect compensation, career trajectory, and market perception for years.

    This step is entirely optional, and you may proceed directly with any mandate.

    Should you proceed with a mandate of €1,250 or above within 30 days, the full €250 consultation fee will be credited toward the mandate fee.
